Bruce serves as Impax's Chief Investment Officer, Listed Equities. Bruce is Chairman of the Listed Equities Investment Committee, and serves as Co-Portfolio Manager of Impax's Specialists and Climate strategies. Bruce joined Impax in 1999 where he worked initially on venture capital investments before developing the listed equities business. Before joining Impax, Bruce worked as a utilities analyst at Bankers Trust and as an environmental consultant for Environmental Resources Management (ERM). Bruce has an MBA from IESE (Barcelona), an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College and a degree in Chemistry from Oxford.

Catherine Bremner

Catherine is Impax's Chief Strategy & Operations Officer. She is responsible for overseeing the Firm's risk and compliance functions, IT and operations, as well as strategic projects working with the CEO. Catherine is a highly respected leader within green finance, with over 20 years of experience in sustainable development, finance, strategy and change management. Catherine joined Impax in August 2021. Prior to this she served as Director, International Energy and Climate Finance, in the UK Government's Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. Catherine previously worked as Global Head of Environmental Sustainability at ANZ bank and Chief Operating Officer at Low Carbon Australia. She spent her early career with McKinsey. Catherine has an MSc in Environmental Science and Management from Oxford University, a Masters in Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland.

Charles French

Charlie Ridge - CFO

Charlie Ridge is Impax's Chief Financial Officer. Charlie is responsible for overseeing Impax's finance, investor relations and legal functions, as well as governance processes. Charlie began his career in 1987 and has considerable technical and management experience with blue chip investment banks. Before joining Impax he was a Managing Director within the Finance Division of Deutsche Bank, most recently serving as UK Asset and Wealth Management CFO, and previously holding various financial and market risk related roles for the Global Markets Division. Before working at Deutsche, Charlie worked at SG Warburg and Ernst & Young as an Auditor. Charlie received a BSc in Engineering Science from Durham University in 1987 and is a Chartered Accountant.

Daniel has significant business and senior transactional experience with blue chip companies within the energy and utility sectors. Prior to graduate school, she served as the interim CFO of Sanergy, a waste management and agricultural input company in Nairobi, Kenya, where she led financing rounds enabling the construction of a new waste processing facility and enhanced analytical capacity across the organization. Previously, Katie spent a number of years on PIMCO's institutional client management team in New York where she focused on corporate clients. She started her career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Katie has a BBA from the Goizeuta Business School at Emory University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lisa Beauvilain

She is active within working groups and advisory councils relating to impact investing, water, governance and ESG standard setting with several external industry organisations. She subsequently spent seven years with payments leader PayPal, latterly as VP Human Resources for EMEA, Asia Pacific and Americas, enabling the revenue-generating teams globally and based in the EU bank regulated headquarters. Mary was EVP for HR for Colt Technology, a Fidelity owned company, thereafter moving into the private equity arena with Montagu PE to lead people and organisation priorities for the carve-out of Janes Defence from IHS Markit. A Social Science graduate of University College Dublin, Mary has on-the-ground business experience in 50+ countries and has lived and worked in Turkey, Brazil, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the UK.

Paul joined Impax in 2022 and is responsible for the firm's Business Development, Consultant Relations, RFP, Portfolio Specialists, and Client Relationship Management teams based in London and Dublin, serving European and Asia-Pacific clients. Prior to working at Impax Paul ran the European Business Development team at Federated Hermes, and before that had roles at GE Asset Management as an institutional sales manager covering the UK and Benelux, at Lehman Brothers in various roles across investment banking and capital markets, and at MeesPierson where he started his career in 1995. Paul has experience in marketing highly specialised products ranging from long-only equity funds to fixed income products, hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative products to a diverse client base. Paul is a Dutch national and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from ESC Bordeaux and ISER Rotterdam. He is fluent in English, French and Dutch.

He transitioned to his current role in February 2020 and is now responsible for internal business development support for the New England and West Coast territories. She is currently a non-executive director of Royal London, Pension Insurance Corporation plc, Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Limited and the Local Pensions Partnership Ltd, having worked in the UK pensions industry for 30 years. Originally qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries with consultants Bacon & Woodrow (now Aon), she was CEO of the BP Pension Fund from 2007-2014. Prior to joining Impax, she was part of the ImpactAssets management team, where she worked to increase the firm's sustainable and impact investing within the ultra-high-net-worth philanthropic community. Before that, Tami served in senior institutional sales and marketing roles for BNP Paribas Asset Management, Amundi Smith Breeden, Northern Trust Global Advisors and Dresdner RCM Global Investors. Tami received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and she earned an MBA, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
