There are a few services we offer to families. First, this website will serve as a resource tool for post-adoptive families, referring agencies, and community partners who are interested in supporting adoptive families. When families subscribe to our site or to our newsletter, they'll get updates to this site and other useful resources/materials straight to their email inbox. Second, we offer assessment and referral services to all families who are interested in accessing additional support. This support could be for mental health referrals, advocacy/support navigating the IEP/504 process in school, or seeking a referral for a specialized provider.
