Innovative Day was established in 2018 by David Carrington, the founder of Innovative Life Solutions (ILS). ILS's mission is to help bridge the gap between people with varying abilities and supports to help them lead self-directed lives. Because of our fundamental beliefs, we strive to enhancing the lives of people living with diverse behavioral, mental, intellectual and developmental abilities by creating opportunities integration and inclusion. Our model allows people with diverse needs to create their own unique journeys living life to their fullest potentials... Innovative Day's purpose is connected to ILS's mission of enhancing the lives of people living with diverse behavioral, mental, intellectual, and developmental abilities as well as varying socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds through excellence, education, and empowerment.
