Ted's working life began in a Chartered Accountant's office learning about numbers and business, before joining Mobil Oil as a Field Auditor. This involved travel throughout Queensland by car and charter aircraft to all corners of the state. A transfer to Mackay led to 10 years of managing wholesale fuel distributorships, as well as finding his wife Evelyn. Returning to Brisbane with 4 children many moons ago, Ted started a second career in transport equipment: first as Fleet Manager then Sales Manager for a truck dealership, then as Sales Manager and State Manager for heavy duty trailer dealerships. In this time Ted has gained a reputation for his personal service and attention to detail, his ethical approach to business, and his genuine interest in a long term association. His clients appreciate his sense of humour whilst quietly delivering a no-fuss, professional, empathetic and trustworthy service. Ted has a Graduate Certificate in Management, and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and is a Commissioner for Declarations (C.dec).
