Prior to joining Insignia Financial in 2023, Anvij spent ten years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he was most recently Executive General Manager for Operational Risk and Chief Risk Officer for the bank's business support functions. Prior to this, he was the General Manager Operational Risk of CBA's Retail Bank and the Chief Risk Officer of Colonial First State.

Chris Weldon

He currently leads the Client Wellbeing division at Insignia Financial, focusing on improving client value to drive the Group's growth. Prior to his current role, Chris has held various leadership roles across the Insignia Financial Group. These include transformation (spanning enterprise strategy, portfolio management and optimisation, change management, and overseeing the separation from NAB and ANZ), product development and management, and frontline client services.

Elizabeth A Alexander

Elizabeth Alexander is a Company Director and advisor with Ashurst International legal firm. She is currently the Chair of Medibank Private, anon-executive director of Dexus Property Group and Chancellor of University of Melbourne. Elizabeth was the former Chair of CSL and also the former independent Chair of the Audit Committee of the Australian Prudential Regulator (APRA) and of the Risk and Audit Committee of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. She is a former member of the Takeovers Panel and Deputy Chair of the Financial Reporting Council. As a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (1977-2002), she specialised in the area of risk management and corporate governance issues, and was responsible for the establishment of these practices within Australian. Elizabeth has served on many government committees which have included the Trade Policy Advisory Committee of the Minister of Trade, the Small Business Council of Australia, the Australian Film Commission and the Gas and Fuel Corporation. Elizabeth is a past National President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a former National President of CPA Australia. It was during her Presidency of CPA Australia that the drive for legal backing to accounting standards in Australia was achieved. She was a winner of the Veuve Cliquot Business Woman of the Year, is a former Chair of the Board of Advice to the Salvation Army in Australia, and is National President of the Winston Churchill Fellowship Trust. She is a member of the Order of Australia, and was awarded a Centenary medal.

Frank Lombardo

Garry Mulcahy

Mr Bloore is an experienced Non-Executive Director, entrepreneur, and farmer. He has designed, built, and sold a number of businesses focussed on the development of key disruptive technologies and distribution services in traditional markets to create business efficiencies. Mr Bloore has been actively involved in, both as an Executive and/or as a Director and in the capacity of investment funding, development and leadership, including Smartsuper, SuperIQ and Class Super. Scott commenced as CEO of Insignia Financial in March 2024. He has over two decades of experience in the wealth management sector and proven experience in turnarounds, transforming, and growing wealth management businesses. Prior to this role, he was CEO at AMP Australia Wealth Management and previously CEO of Sunsuper. Before joining Sunsuper, Scott led MLC's corporate and institutional wealth businesses including Plum Financial Services and JANA Investment Advisers. Scott is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a former Director of the Financial Services Council, and a Fellow of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. Mr Hartley has over two decades of experience in the wealth management sector and proven experience in turnarounds, transforming, and growing wealth management businesses. Mr Hartley most recently served as CEO of AMP Australia Wealth Management from January 2021 to December 2023, where he was tasked with rebuilding the company's culture, performance, and reputation following the Financial Services Royal Commission. Prior to AMP, Mr Hartley served as the CEO of Sunsuper from January 2014 to September 2019. His leadership played a pivotal role in Sunsuper becoming Australia's fastest-growing top ten superannuation fund. Before joining Sunsuper, Scott led MLC's corporate and institutional wealth businesses including Plum Financial Services and JANA Investment Advisers.

Ms Flynn has more than 35 years' experience in the financial services industry, including roles within law and corporate governance as well as executive responsibilities. Prior to her time at Aviva, Ms Flynn spent 18 years as a commercial lawyer with Minter Ellison, including eight years as a partner, specialising in managed funds, banking, securitisation, and superannuation.
