INTERNBIO

Conceived decades ago and initiated in 2008, InternBio is Boston's nonprofit biopharma internship organization through which diverse college students with no experience get experience remotely or/and in-person, so employers always find qualified, new, diverse students biopharma-ready before and after graduation. We operate as a CRO for interns. Also through InternBio, diverse high school students with no exposure get exposure. Our bold vision is, InternBio in every college cluster, especially to reach more women, underrepresented minorities, disadvantaged backgrounds, first-generations, and immigrants. Diversity solved!... InternBio is a member of the Kendall Square Association and the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce (Massachusetts)... We operate as a CRO, but we do recruitment and staffing also. As a CRO, we get work from biopharma partners to give work experience to college students, so biopharma employers always find qualified, new, diverse graduates biopharma-ready before and after..
