Antonio Hernandez - CEO

Antonio Hernandez is a founding partner of INTECH AMERICAS and currently serves as General Director. Antonio has over 30 years of experience throughout the world in the IT & Software Development industries and he has accumulated extensive experience in Nearshore & Offshore services with international clients. Antonio has demonstrated vast experience and results in supporting international organizations to achieve their specific goals in terms of reducing costs and delivery times. In its years of being in business, through Antonio's vision and leadership, INTECH AMERICAS has become a sound and strategic supplier to its global clients and partners. INTECH AMERICAS has been able to accomplish this by looking at solutions from a business perspective and not solely from a technology perspective. The focus on processes has allowed INTECH AMERICAS to consistently and predictably deliver high quality results while maintaining a great deal of flexibility. Antonio has vast experience in establishing technical software development organizations, governed by processes that instill the values of constant quality control and continual improvement strategies.

Ben Wagner

Ben brings a deep knowledge of international business development practices to INTECH AMERICAS. Skilled in English, French, and German, he has served as DSC Communications Corporation / Alcatel USA's Vice President of Marketing in Europe, where he was responsible for launching new sales and marketing programs. As a business unit leader, Ben introduced product marketing and regional marketing organizations into the companies, enabling product penetration into NA, EMEA and APAC regions. In addition to his role at INTECH AMERICAS, Ben serves as President of Green Valley Lake Ventures, a boutique strategy consulting and investment advisory firm, providing strategic planning, competitive analysis, positioning, and channel strategy, among other guidance.

Geoffrey Hicks - CTO

With 30+ years of experience Geoff has served as vice president of operations for Broadsoft, a leading software company enabling mobile, fixed-line and cable service providers to deliver voice and multimedia services over their IP-based networks. Prior to Broadsoft, he founded CNV Group, LLC, a global telecommunications consulting practice working closely with corporate board members to optimize operations of major telecommunications carriers. Geoff has also served as an executive officer for Primus Telecommunications, where he was responsible for execution of significant capital and operational expense reductions, while preparing the company for deployment of next-generation network technologies and products for both, enterprise and residential VoIP markets. Prior to Primus, he held executive positions at Guidecomm Systems Inc., E.spire, and MCI. Geoff was also a founding member of the executive team for Concert Communications (BT & MCI), as a senior technical advisor for several key international agreements resulting in the creation of network infrastructures in Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

Jorge Sala - COO

Jorge Sala is a founding partner of INTECH AMERICAS and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Jorge has over 16 years experience in the software development industry, 14 of which are focused on the Telecommunications market. Jorge has skills in all phases of the software development life cycle and management. Jorge started his career with Ericsson as part of the pioneer team in the area of intelligent networks and value added solutions. Jorge was instrumental in the creation of Ericsson's Center for Adaptation of Intelligent Networks, Latin America. The Center for Adaptation of Intelligent Networks, Latin America was created to allow Ericsson to support unique, market specific Intelligent Network products, in a rapid manner.

Ramon Velasco

Ramon currently leads the Quality Division at INTECH AMERICAS. The Quality Division is responsible for monitoring the quality control of products and services, the measurement and analysis of processes, and all of INTECH AMERICAS´s Continuous Improvement initiatives. INTECH AMERICAS is a great believer in following processes as it provides clients with the Reliability and Certainty that they demand. Ramon is responsible for tracking INTECH AMERICAS´s compliance with processes and to implement areas of improvement. Ramon has over 25 years of experience in the software development industry specializing in Quality Management and Total Project Management. He has been instrumental in the implementation and company certification of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001, CMM and CMMI in INTECH AMERICAS as well as Ericsson. Ramon is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and has conducted audits in Canada, Ireland and the United States. Ramon has a degree in Electrical Engineering in Communications from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico. Ramon speaks both Spanish and English. INTECH AMERICAS has demonstrated in several occasions the ability to meet the goals, objectives and deliver a top quality product. They have delivered a fault free intelligent network application that met and exceeded the functional and technical requirements as well as the critical timeframe and schedule. In another occasion INTECH AMERICAS developed the tools and software required to migrate an old proprietary database to a new times 10 oracle database with flawless results.
