Alberto Miramontes has 14 years of experience in the direct sales industry of health and beauty products. His experience and assignments within direct sales companies range from working with their Call Centers to being a Sales Manager in the US and Canada. He has also worked with other international markets such as Chile and Mexico. He loves people and always strives to put himself in their shoes and help them to stretch themselves and achieve their goals. He knows that any success in the directs sales industry comes when everyone works together.
Resiliency, flexibility and work ethic are a few of the skills that have allowed him to succeed in his career. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do what needs to be done, but at the same time keeping his eyes focused on the big picture and goal.

Donna Marie joined the Anovite Compliance team in October 2016. She is recognized as a Direct Selling Compliance expert and serves as our Compliance Officer. Recognizing the significance of the industry direction with the focus on Compliance, Donna Marie believes that currently, Network Marketing companies have to bear the responsibility of documenting, monitoring and enforcing their Compliance efforts to a greater extent than ever before.
For years, Donna Marie has worked with numerous, well recognized Network Marketing Expert Attorneys throughout the country. She was a contributing author of two chapters in the book, "Build it Big - 101 Insider Secrets from Top Direct Selling Experts".

Dr. Anthony Kleinsmith holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Science, and started his first legacy company 27 years ago; Immune Tree, Inc. is an FDA, USDA, GMP Certified contract manufacturing facility for his Colostrum6 based products.
Dr. Kleinsmith is CEO and founder of Anovite, Inc., is an accomplished author, and is a much sought after international speaker. His career of more than 20 years of dedicated health research has led him to formulating his company's very highly successful nutritional product line that has won the prestigious Healthy Living "People's Choice Award" an astonishing 3 times during the past 5 years.
At the core of these products is his authentic 3rd Party Certified 6-hour bovine colostrum, which is the world's most nutrient-dense substance known to science. Dr. Gus Brooks, DVM, has been into animals since 1986 working with baboons in Kenya, Africa. Dr. Brooks did his internship at the Los Angeles zoo in 1991. His motto is, "I see everything that is not human."
As a practicing veterinarian, of over 26 years, he is always looking for an answer to better quality of life for his patients. A medication (supplement), must meet certain parameters:
Must be in the best interest of the animal;
Must be the top of the line product with NO competition;
No contra indications;
No danger to the animal;

Julia Ledowsky has been in the digital marketing space for nine years. What started as a creative outlet to express her love of business, style, and branding, quickly grew to a clientele ranging from private individuals to small businesses, to start-ups to established companies. Her passion is helping others put their best foot forward online, whether that be on social media platforms, email campaigns, or a general online presence. "Content is king…" and Julia stays up with the latest trends and technologies in social media to create & feature relatable content mixed with educational posts across all platforms. Her goal for Anovite is to have content that bridges the gap between our brand and our customers' wants & needs. We are here to solve a problem you have and offer a community that makes you feel like you never want to leave.

Katie Kleinsmith has had an inside look at the wellness industry and all aspects to running a successful business and producing 3rd Party validated products. Katie has worked closely with Colostrum6 since the age of 10 and has thorough experience in various departments of the company, including production. Katie recognizes the benefit of being familiar with many aspects of Anovite which she will carry throughout her evolving career with the company.
Outside of the company, Katie has pursued her passions through education by earning her degree in Esthetics. Her social marketing education and skills have been noticed on Silicon Hills, here in Utah, as several large technology companies have tried to entice her away. Katie's love for the wellness/cosmetic industry and her experience working with diverse people and products including esthetic lasers, medical-grade skincare and ingredients, and medical-board professionals has given her the perspective and appreciation required for helping others.

Kelly Reese served 8 years in the Navy following college. Upon returning to civilian life Kelly earned his Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. For several decades he consulted for a wide variety of businesses, ranging from private colleges and large corporations to physicians as well as a wide variety of small businesses. An avid entrepreneur, Kelly has owned several highly successful businesses of his own. He also has more than 40 years of network marketing experience. A multimillion-dollar producer, he has been the top income earner in multiple companies.
Passionate about preserving marriages and keeping families together, for more than 20 years, he has provided free Christian financial counseling to couples whose marriages were struggling due to the stress caused by poor financial health. Kelly and his wife, Linda, have been married for more than 50 years and love traveling and spending time with their children, grandchildren, and one grand-pup.

Kevin Reese began his career in engineering before becoming fascinated by the power of the internet and its ability to change peoples' lives. Whether designing a mechanical system or developing an IT architecture, the concepts and challenges are often similar. He enjoys integrating technology and managing resources in such a way as to create powerful, efficient, and reliable systems that are easy to use.
Kevin has previously served in a similar role as the Director of Management Information Systems for a successful network marketing company and has first-hand experience with the unique opportunities and challenges facing network marketing companies. He also brings experience and perspective from outside the network marketing industry from his ten years as the Chief Operations Officer of a traditional eCommerce business.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys making music and building things.

Paul Eischens comes to Anovite with decades of senior manufacturing leadership experience in the silicon valley. He started his manufacturing career in the steel industry working on projects like unmanned aerial vehicles, M1A1 Tanks, Bradley Fighting vehicles, medical and robotic chassis. Since then he has worked for billion-dollar companies like Greif Industrial Packaging, SC Fuels, Glassforms Inc, and Valmont Coatings. The last several years he has worked in the nutraceutical and beauty industry working for Smith and Vandiver and Threshold Inc. He holds a college degree in business as well as several certifications in six sigma lean, supply chain, quality, and safety management.
Paul and his wife Alison moved to Utah 2 years ago to be closer to family. When he's not working you can find him spending time with family, off-roading, boating, skiing, golfing, watching football, fishing or on a racetrack with a motorcycle or car.
