JBW Systems, Inc. has been in business since 1990. We have only one product, the JBW Mixing System, so total dedication to the finest service and delivery is one of our goals... Because of the Clean Air Act #101- 549 of 1990, the E.P.A. is addressing issues concerning fugitive emissions. We have designed a special top for the JBW Mixing System. We call it the Fugitive Emission Reduction Cover (FERC). The FERC completely covers the container during the mixing process - thus reducing the amount of fugitive emissions (solvent, etc.) that are released into the air. The FERC also reduces the amount of solvent that needs to be added back to the coating product to maintain viscosity. The FERC is a fire containment system and it addresses OSHA's requirement for enclosing "open shafts" for user safety.
