Responsible for treatment of inmates in the MHSDS at CSP-SAC. Serve as a Case Manager, determining the inmate's diagnosis, treatment needs, and discharge plan. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Maintain appropriate documentation of clinical interventions, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Participate on Interdisciplinary Treatment Teams and Institutional Classification Committee... Function in outpatient interdisciplinary team. Deliver direct service, support system, consultative, and educational activities; employ a full range of psychosocial treatment modalities; incorporating differential diagnosis and treatment of Veteran patients. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in CPRS... Provide individual, couples, family treatment. Engage in out-reach and logistical support for grant - funded treatment program.
