The only difference is we use a business model, not a scientific model. Furthermore, and luckily, our model only has to be true for a temporary time in a temporary market - unlike scientific models - so we can validate our theories with small experiments like interviews, teaser landing pages, smoke tests, and crowd-funding pages. Grand visions can and should be broken down and tested until we find a repeatable, scalable business model. I can nerd-out more on this with you in coaching :)
