Andrea brings more than a decade of HR experience to Jet Linx, where she strives to supply the High Five to hundreds of Jet Linx team members across more than 20 Base locations nationwide. In 2003 she graduated with a BSBA from the University of South Dakota, majoring in Business Management with a specialization in HR. In 2008 she returned to the University of South Dakota where she received her MBA, and in 2009 she began a role with Polaris in Vermilion, South Dakota, as HR Manager. Andrea subsequently served as HR Manager for Malnove from 2014-2017, followed with a HR Manager role at Mosaic in Omaha from 2017-2018. In 2018 to 2019 she worked as the HR Director at Community Alliance before joining Jet Linx in 2019. During her time with the company Andrea was promoted from Senior HR businessperson to the Director of HR.

Ashley began her tenure at Jet Linx Omaha in 2012 after graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Beginning as a Flight Concierge, Ashley earned promotion to Lead Flight Concierge, followed by another promotion to General Manager. After a brief period away from Jet Linx to care for her two daughters, Ashley was welcomed back as General Manager at Jet Linx Omaha, and soon after earned another promotion to her current role as Base Vice President. With nearly nine years of service at Jet Linx and an intimate understanding of roles and responsibilities, Ashley ensures that clients at Jet Linx Omaha receive nothing but Forbes Five-Star service. It's no coincidence that for nine straight years, Jet Linx Omaha has earned B2B Omaha's Best of B2B for Best Corporate Jet Service. In her free time Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, and also supports the Little Bohemia Business Association and neighborhood development in downtown Omaha.

Ashley Hinderaker joined Jet Linx in 2015 as Controller. In this capacity she is responsible for the preparation of the company's financial statements, jet card and aircraft owner invoicing, vendor management and payroll, coordination with external auditors, and daily cash management. During her tenure at Jet Linx, Ashley has focused efforts on championing several efficiency and process improvement initiatives including software system implementation and adoption of best practice workflow solutions. She is also passionate about coaching and developing her team. Ashley began her professional career at Deloitte in Omaha where she served a variety of clients in an audit and advisory capacity. Subsequent to earning her CPA designation at Deloitte, Ashley held finance and accounting leadership positions across the manufacturing, food service distribution, and commodities trading industries. A proud native of the Black Hills of South Dakota, Ashley holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting from the University of South Dakota.

Ben is a native of Nebraska, growing up in a very small town. He went to the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a degree in Aviation Administration and a Commercial Pilot Certificate and Instrument rating in 2013. Ben started his career at Suburban Air Freight as a dispatcher and joined Jet Linx in 2014 on the Fleet Utilization team. In 2015, Jet Linx began formally splitting the roles between Fleet Optimization and Wholesale Charter sales. During that change, Ben started working full-time in the Charter department. He assumed the role of Charter Sales Manager in 2017. Since, he has managed the Charter Support team in handling all of Jet Linx wholesale charter trips, while also working in line with the Charter Sales Executives in maintaining relationships with the company's wholesale partners. Ben also works closely with Jet Linx technology partners in finding, refining, and implementing the best tools so the Jet Linx team can work as efficiently as possible.

Brent E. Carreker serves as Jet Linx Senior Vice President - overseeing all Texas Base locations. He is also a partner in the Jet Linx Dallas private jet operation, as well as in San Antonio, Austin and Houston. He joined Jet Linx in 2009. Prior to Jet Linx, Brent spent 11 years with Carreker Corporation, a management consulting and technology company specializing in bank operations and services. Brent served as managing principal for community banks nationwide, 10 billion in assets and below. The company went public in 1998 and was sold in the first quarter of 2007. From 1992-1996, Brent was national sales manager at SOS Technologies, an emergency medical training company. After graduation from Trinity Christian Academy, Brent received a full football scholarship from Kilgore College in East Texas and played there his Freshmen year. He then transferred to Baylor University, where he became a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Brent graduated from Baylor in 1992, with a double-major in marketing and management. Brent resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Michelle, and their two sons.

With over 20 years of experience Christof Pignet is a veteran in the ultra-luxury service sector. As Vice President of Client Experience at Jet Linx he architects and leads all aspects of the client experience throughout our organization. His passion for hospitality seems unrivaled and his attention to detail as well as genuine care and concern for all whom he interacts with is truly unique. Prior to joining Jet Linx, Christof served as the General Manager of the prestigious Acqualina Resort and Residences on the Beach in Sunny Isles, Florida. During his tenure this Leading Hotels of the World resort rose to a dual Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star award winner (eight consecutive years) along with remaining an AAA Five Diamond award winner (nine consecutive years) while also capturing U.S. News Best Beachfront Resort U.S. Continental for five years. In addition, he held several leadership roles at the iconic Hay Adams Hotel in Washington D.C. across from the White House hosting presidents, heads of states, foreign dignitaries, and celebrities as well as in multiple ultra-luxury properties throughout Europe. Christof served on the Executive Board of the Greater Miami Beach Hotel Association and continues to support The WOW Center Miami, Habitat for Humanity, and a variety of other charities.

With a grandfather who flew helicopters in the Korean War, a father who owned and operated an aircraft, and a brother who started flying at 15 and became an airline pilot, Curtis was destined to be active in the aviation community. Curtis attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with Minors in Avionics Line Maintenance and Business Administration, Associates of Aviation Maintenance Science, Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, and a FCC License. Shortly after graduating, Curtis began his aviation career as an Avionics Technician with Flightstar in Jacksonville, Florida, working on large commercial and cargo aircraft. He then transitioned to corporate aviation as an Avionics Technician with West Star Aviation in Dallas, Texas. Curtis then moved to Denver, Colorado, to be an Avionics Lead Technician with Haggan Aviation. In 2014, Curtis began working with Jet Linx Denver where he has since been promoted within the company as Maintenance Technician, Base Maintenance Manager, and Regional Maintenance Manager. In September 2020, Curtis moved to Omaha, Nebraska, after earning a role as Director of Maintenance. Curtis played an integral role in transforming the Maintenance Department into something that can maintain scalability amidst company growth. Curtis ensures all aircraft receive Five-Star aviation maintenance support while upholding the industry-leading safety standards that Jet Linx is known for.

Darrah Callen joined Jet Linx in 2014, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in private aviation. Prior to Jet Linx, Callen worked at a local Tulsa aircraft charter and management company, Flight Concepts, where she managed over 20 pilots and focused on charter sales, operations, and client relations. In her time with Jet Linx she has worn many hats and fulfilled numerous roles, such as Client Services, Jet Card Sales, General Manager and now Base Vice President. With almost 20 years in the industry, her experience and relationships bring a wealth of opportunity and expertise to our Tulsa Base.

Erin Donnelly

Erin, a native of Massachusetts, grew up on the South Shore and received her BA in Communications from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. In 2004, she began her Aviation Career with Sentient Jet where she spent most of her four and a half years there overseeing the Flight Planning team - focusing on Optimization & Vendor Relations. Donnelly also worked in Wholesale Charter Sales. In 2008, she moved to the San Francisco Bay area to serve as Director of Charter Sales for California based operator CTP Aviation. Donnelly joined the Jet Linx team in 2010 as Charter Sales Manager. Over the years, she has overseen & helped streamline many areas of the Operations - including Charter Sales, Fleet/Crew Optimization, Flight Coordination and Client Services. She is currently the Vice President of Revenue Management where she is responsible for managing all Flight Revenue through the oversight of the Wholesale Charter, Fleet & Crew Optimization and Client Services teams. Donnelly lives in Omaha, NE with her husband and their two daughters, Piper and Logan.

Heather brings a quarter-century of aviation experience spanning back to 1996 when she graduated from Dowling College with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics & Management. While working as a crew scheduler for Kiwi Airlines, Heather obtained her FAA Dispatch License at Flight Safety International and soon switched to a dispatch role at Kiwi Aviation. In 1998, Heather transitioned to private aviation when she joined Million Air Charter, which later became Meridian Air Charter. By 2000, Heather earned a promotion as Flight Operations Manager, where for two decades she oversaw a team of 10 flight followers and dispatchers for worldwide flight operations across a fleet that grew to 29 aircraft. When Jet Linx acquired Meridian Air Charter in 2020, Heather's decades of experience were immediately put to use as an Aircraft Account Manager for aircraft in both New York and Boston territories. In 2021, Heather earned promotion as New York Base Vice President where she looks forward to building and growing the Base at Teterboro Airport, one of the busiest private airports in the nation.
