She built an industry-recognized diversity and inclusion program for a mid-sized energy company and led the diversity and inclusion strategy for a Fortune 500 global plastics company. Currently, she serves as the Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Culture at a Fortune 500 global aluminum manufacturer. With more than 25 years of corporate experience and a strong background serving on nonprofit boards and committees, Lori understands how organizations function and how to drive positive change.
