Jose Suliveres Sr. is the Branch Manager of Warsaw Federal. In this role, Jose manages the retail business unit. Among his duties are overseeing the branch network, deposit operations, teller operations, ACH operations, IRA portfolio, managing third-party relationships and more. Jose works to build long-lasting customer relationships while networking with the community to help build bank awareness. He also serves as the Warsaw Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. As the BSA Officer, Jose develop, implements, administers and maintains all aspects of the bank's Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance program. Previously, he was Community Investment & Business Development Officer at Warsaw Federal.
In the community, he is a member of Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati and supports Santa Maria Community Services and the Price Hill Will community development corporation.

Martin Eisele joined Warsaw Federal in 2021 as Vice President, Commercial Lending. A huge advocate for community banking, Martin has more than 17 years of experience in the banking industry, including commercial real estate lending, business banking and retail banking. In this role, he focuses on helping his clients secure financing by collecting and analyzing the information that establishes creditworthiness. He takes them through the ins and outs of the loan process including repayment schedule, loan costs and collateral requirements Martin takes pride in building meaningful relationships with his customers.
Previously, he was a Commercial Lender and Market Manager for FCN Bank. Prior to that, he was VP, Commercial Lender at Citizens Deposit Bank and Cheviot Savings Bank and AVP, Business Banker at Bank of Kentucky and Merchants Bank & Trust. Martin attended Thomas More University and Miami University. He enjoys spending time with family, coaching football and broadcasting high school football games. He loves to cook and grill and considers himself an amateur at-home chef.
Nick Schwegman joined Warsaw Federal as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2019. Nick enjoys helping his customers get into their dream home as easily and comfortably as possible. He also enjoys helping customers who want to refinance their current mortgage so they can save money or take money from their equity to consolidate debts or pay for home improvements. He specializes in a variety of types of loans, including conventional, first-time homebuyers, VA, FHA and USDA. Nick has received the loan officer of the month in volume award multiple times. Previously, he was a Sales Representative for Stagnaro Distributing in Erlanger, Kentucky. He received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Sam DeBonis is the President & CEO of Warsaw Federal. In this role, Sam is responsible for day-to-day operations and overseeing all lines of business. He provides leadership to each department to help them achieve their goals and ensure customers are receiving exceptional products and services, while continuously working to enhance the bank's commitment to serve the Cincinnati community. Throughout his more than 20-year career in banking, Sam has focused on helping business customers thrive.
Previously, Sam was the Vice President of Commercial Lending at Park National Bank in Cincinnati, where he focused on new business development, portfolio management, credit underwriting and community involvement. Prior to that, he was a Commercial Portfolio Analyst at Provident Bank and a Field Auditor at U.S. Bank. He began his professional life as a teacher, before moving to banking.
DeBonis has a bachelor's degree in education from Ohio University and a master's degree in accountancy from Northern Kentucky University. He serves on the board of trustees for Clermont Senior Services, where he previously served as the board chair. He also serves on the board of directors for the Clermont County Port Authority, CASA for Clermont Kids and on the finance committee at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Withamsville.

Shawn Huss joined Warsaw Federal in 2022 as a senior vice president mortgage lending. Shawn has more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry and has funded over $2 billion in loans in his career. In his current role, he focuses on helping customers with purchases, refinances, doctor loans, construction loans, VA and FHA loans. He also has extensive background in helping the investor community in residential lending. He enjoys providing his customers the highest level of customer service while helping guide them through their financial goals. Previously, he was senior vice president, mortgage consultant at First Place Bank which became Huntington National Bank through mergers and acquisitions. He started with National City Mortgage in 1993. Shawn received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Miami University.
Tom McHugh joined Warsaw Federal as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2019. Tom prides himself on being able to help make what can be a complicated process easier by guiding his customers through the mortgage journey. He also works to educate borrowers on the variety of programs Warsaw Federal offers to help them choose the right solution for their needs. He specializes in multiple types of loans, including conventional, first-time homebuyers, VA, FHA and USDA. He is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. Tom received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
