Frank Roberts

Frank Roberts is the President of Roberts Energy, and Brown Bear Transportation. The businesses were formed in 2016 to purchase the commercial and wholesale assets of F.L. Roberts, with a goal to focus exclusively on the sale and distribution of refined petroleum products after the sale of the company's retail assets. He has over 10 years of experience in Petroleum Marketing, Retail, Logistics, Supply & Risk Management, Franchise businesses and Business Development. Through his leadership, the business has experienced explosive growth over the last 5 years. During this time, the company has grown organically and through multiple acquisitions, entered the mobile fleet fueling business, and created a supply and risk management program with rack positions across the Northeast. Today the company runs a 24/7/365 operation and markets products in 7 states and has commercial customers across a range of industries including municipalities, commercial end-users, retail gas stations and petroleum jobbers. Prior to 2012, Frank worked in all facets of F.L. Roberts, including stints as a Retail District Manager, Director of Operations for Golden Nozzle Car Wash, Controller, and Managing Director. Before coming to F.L. Roberts, Frank worked at Modernista!, an advertising agency in Boston. Frank is a 2004 graduate of Babson College, with a B.S. in Business Management, and is a member of YPO. He is married and has three children.

Lavy Kosofsky

Lavy Kosofsky is a Chabad Rabbi and Educator at LYA (Lubavitcher Yeshiva Academy), located in Longmeadow MA. Since its establishment in 1946, LYA has become a foundation of the local Jewish community, offering quality Jewish and General education for students from preschool through 8th grade. LYA has continued to expand its offerings to include Adult Education and numerous Jewish programming that reach all aspects of the Jewish community. Since joining the LYA team in 2014, Lavy and his wife Mushkie have established YJP (Young Jewish Professionals), which provides Jewish programming and events for local young professionals, Babycchino, a moms and tots circle, as well as heading Chabad Hebrew School, which offers weekly Jewish education for public school students. He is also a middle school Judaic teacher at LYA. Lavys has extensive years of rabbinic training, and received his rabbinic ordination in 2010. He is married and has four children.

Michael Weber

Michael Weber purchased Minuteman Press, a small commercial printing company, in Enfield, CT in 2004. He achieved a sales increase of 100% in 10 years by managing an outside sales team and acquiring multiple competitors. He has expanded the company's offerings beyond printing to include branded apparel, vehicle graphics, signage, and wide format printing. Michael added locations in Springfield, MA and Brattleboro, VT, allowing him to reach customers along the I-91 corridor. Michael followed in his parents' footsteps when he pursued the printing industry, and he has been able to modernize industry practices and pursue the latest technologies to achieve efficiency. Before purchasing Minuteman Press, Michael worked in Boston as a middleware engineer at Navimedix, a company that facilities healthcare workflow. Michael holds a BA in Management Information Systems from WPI, and he is an engineer at heart. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling throughout New England. He is married and has two school-aged children.
