He spent most of his six years there streaming cutting edge surgery live from the operating rooms of hospitals nationwide. (Most notable was a webcast from Fargo North Dakota of Intuitive Surgical's Da'Vinci robot which drew a large enough audience to bring down the internet in that region for about 15 minutes.)
