Our vision is this: to imbue the embodiment Yoga in everything we do. This means honouring all aspects of ourselves, the journey that others are on and becoming one in body, mind and spirit as we go about our daily lives in the external world... Jyan Yoga offers a safe space to support individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth through Yoga, Acro and Sound Healing. We have classes for everyone regardless of their background to work in and work out.
