Lou has over thirty-five years' experience owning and managing family-operated manufacturing businesses within Connecticut. In addition to his technical background, Lou has a successful track record in overseeing all aspects of small business operations ranging from administrative-level duties to sales and marketing and customer service. Lou's extensive manufacturing trade skills coupled with his expertise in process engineering and production scheduling lay the foundation for K4 Machining's innovative manufacturing processes. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

During his twelve years of experience within the manufacturing industry, Michael has held roles in process engineering, facility layout design, production scheduling, and quality control functions. Michael's expertise is in design for manufacturability, CAD modeling, process engineering, and CNC programming. Michael is a certified Six Sigma blackbelt and is a professional member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE), which allow him to remain at the forefront of manufacturing best practices. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing from Cornell University.

Monica has spent over ten years working in the manufacturing industry in functions ranging from quality assurance to CNC machine setup/operation and welding. Monica's expertise is in quality control/quality assurance; she has extensive experience in programming and operating CMMs and is skilled in designing and carrying out detailed inspection plans. Monica also has experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, MIL-I-45208, and MIL-STD-45662. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer's Lally School of Management.
