I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) with over 20 years of experience. I earned a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and a Masters of Social Work from The University of Michigan. Early in my career I worked locally in foster care, residential substance abuse services, and mental health community case management - all of which have provided me a deep knowledge of the mental health and social services systems available in Kent County. I have found my true calling to be individual and group therapy services, particularly with individuals and family systems affected by symptoms of Personality Disorders.
