Akudo Agokei, a self-taught chef during his early cooking days, he went on to train at the Leith's culinary school of food and wine, he also trained and worked at french and Moroccan fusion restaurant; Bistro Vadouvan, Putney. He left his restaurant job and founded KEDU cookery school and chef training centre, which was aimed to provide aspiring chefs with affordable and quality chef training programs, providing in-depth and fun cooking classes at affordable prices, and introduce a unique dining concept, the first of its kind in the west midlands. Unfortunately, it had to be such down due to COVID. He went on to establish 'KEDU by Chef Akudo Agokei'; which provides a personal chef dining experience from the comfort of the customer's home. Akudo has been consulting for over 5 years, he has consulted for various companies across the UK and abroad.
