Debra Edwards: Office Manager. Has been serving KMPD since 2018. Prior to coming to KMPD Debbie served in the United States Air Force for more than a decade, working throughout the nation and the world. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to KMPD. Debbie holds an Associate's Degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business-Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. Debbie is also certified as a Human Resource Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Sergeant Robert Glover: A-Shift Supervisor. Has been serving at KMPD since 1996. Sgt. Glover is a DCJS certified instructor, field training officer and the department's weapons armorer and instructor. Prior to serving with KMPD, Sgt. Glover served as a Sheriff's Deputy with Gloucester County Sheriff's Department and served our country as an airborne infantryman with the United States Army. rglover@kingsmillpolice.org
Sergeant Jeffrey Barnes: B-Shift Supervisor. Has been serving at KMPD since 1994. Sgt. Barnes is a graduate of Thomas Nelson Community College and Christopher Newport University. Sgt. Barnes is a DCJS certified instructor, field training officer, CIT certified officer, and teaches CPR and First Aid classes to fellow officers and the community. jbarnes@kingsmillpolice.org
Sergeant Mark Beaver: C-Shift Supervisor. Has been serving at KMPD since 2010. Sgt. Beavers is a DCJS certified instructor, field training officer, as well as a fatal accident investigator and FBI Hostage Negotiator. Sgt. Beavers is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a degree in Criminology. Prior to serving with KMPD, Sgt. Beavers was with the Hampton Police Division, retiring at the rank of Captain in 2007.
