Adejoke is a qualified barrister and solicitor in Nigeria. Her practice areas include legal and regulatory registration, compliance and advisory for non-governmental & non-profit organisations. Adejoke adviseds and represents on family and matrimonial causes. She also provides legal advisory and support for Small and Medium Enterprises. Adejoke has a track record of human rights defence and campaigns, especially women and child's rights. Adejoke was the pioneer Legal Officer and In-House Counsel at the House of Freedom. Mr. Ajadi is a corporate commercial lawyer, facilitator, coach, and change agent with over twenty years of experience working with people, organizations, and communities. He is a qualified Lawyer with LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria and thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. Mr. Ajadi also holds an MSc in international Business Economics from the University of West of England and an Honorary MBA from De Montfort University in Leicester, UK. Mr. Ajadi was a member of the United Kingdom Employment Tribunals between 1999 and 2008 where he adjudicated on various kinds of employment and other labour related disputes. He was a Reader of the Annual Queen's Anniversary Award. Mr. Ajadi is a well-versed solicitor with relevant experience in providing advisory and support services for multi-jurisdictional business establishment, entrenching corporate governance, internal compliance and administrative processes. He pioneered the establishment of the Lagos State Stenographers Training School in 2008 for the training of 100 stenographers in the Lagos State Court System. Mr. Ajadi is also a policy strategist and author with his most recent published work being Omoluwabi 2.0 ‘A code of Transformation in 21st Century Nigeria'. He has relevant experience in conflict prevention and resolution in the oil rich area of Niger Delta and the Horn of Africa.

Kayode Omosehin is a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Managing Principal of Koriat & Co. with over 10 years of active legal practice experience. He won the 1st prize in Criminal Litigation Law at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja after a Bachelor's degree in Law with Second Class (Upper Division) from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria. Prior to setting up Koriat & Co., he previously worked with top-tier commercial law firms in Lagos, including Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, and Ajumogobia & Okeke. Kayode has conducted appeals at the Supreme Court of Nigeria and has also represented local, international and multi-national clients in various State High Courts, Federal High Courts and National Industrial Courts in Nigeria especially in Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Lagos, Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom States as well as the Court of Appeal of Lagos, Abuja and Calabar divisions. Kayode leads the dispute resolution team of Koriat & Co., especially commercial litigations and arbitration involving trans-border transaction disputes, mergers, take-over and other company combinations or proceedings, tax appeals, oil-spill and environmental related disputes, appeals and challenge to regulatory sanctions including revocation of business license.
