LTA will create opportunities wherever possible so that tennis becomes a true reflection of all of our great city... Reorganized the LTA to focus on using an all-Volunteer base for USTA Tournament, entries from tournaments to benefit scholarships for varsity players seeking to go to institutions of higher ed... The association was reorganized as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and named Laredo Tennis Association.
