Shelly was a senior member of Proskauer Rose LLP's Corporate Department until his retirement in 2012. With 40 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney, Shelly developed a broad-based practice encompassing complex domestic and international matters. Shelly's cross-disciplinary interests enabled him to act as a business advisor, as well as an attorney, in matters involving particularly sensitive or difficult issues. During his legal career Shelly helped launch a biotech-life sciences company and was a serial entrepreneur in the non-profit sector. Since retiring, Shelly is involved in local politics and developing media programs.
