Darlene is the COO and partner of a full-service health benefits brokerage firm and 20-year veteran of the insurance industry. She prides herself in customer service and assisting businesses with insurance products that protect their assets and employees. Her strong interpersonal communications skills, sales experience and technical knowledge are invaluable to the success of iTrip Vacations Boise-McCall.

Mary Ceccarelli

Mary Ceccarelli, co-owner of iTrip Vacations Charlotte, helps her husband Marco manage vacation rentals, and bring guests top-notch service. She has more than 20 years of experience as an international art director in the publishing industry. For the last 13 years, Mary has owned and managed a graphic design business. Mary's goal is to take her experience as an art director to conceptualize, design and package the best short-term rental program for property owners in Charlotte, Lake Norman and Concord, North Carolina. Mary was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Her parents were immigrants from Cuba, and taught her the value of working toward your dreams. Mary's dream started to become a reality when she and Marco moved to the Carolinas with hopes of having a family and a better life. As the family grew, Mary continued to operate her graphic design business. After being self-employed, starting iTrip Vacations Charlotte was a natural progression. Her role in the company was inspired by the things she loves: art and vacationing with her beloved family. In addition to designing, Mary enjoys hiking, kayaking, ziplining, white-water rafting … you name it! It is this appreciation for nature that led the Ceccarellis to the dream of bringing experiences to vacationers visiting the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Concord areas. As a Latina entrepreneur, supporting diversity and small businesses is very important to Mary. She wants to inspire and empower women to believe in themselves and their capabilities.

Steve Caron - COO

Steve Caron joined iTrip Vacations in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 25 years of expertise in vacation rental strategy, development, marketing and technology to the new business division. An entrepreneur by nature, Steve not only founded several companies, but has also held executive-level positions at leading companies in the vacation rental industry, including Choice Hotels International, ResortQuest and Vacation Roost.com. In previous positions, he has created and launched a vacation rental division, integrating new systems and technology within the company's existing infrastructure. At ResortQuest, he was responsible for strategic technology planning, ecommerce systems and IT operations. He has experience managing both vacation rental booking platforms and vacation rental properties across the globe. Before entering the hospitality industry, Steve served as an Instructor Navigator in the United States Air Force for 10 years and is a decorated combat veteran with over 2,000 hours of flight experience. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida State University.

Steve Presley

Steve has been buying, selling, managing and building real estate for over 30 years. Over the last 12 years, he has participated with others in the marketing, purchasing and selling of some 3,000 pre-construction properties worth $1.5 billion. He has personally bought and sold $10 million worth of preconstruction properties. Steve has owned beach condos in rental programs for over 15 years. He currently serves as a principal in Price Morgan, LLC along with Tom Bissmeyer and Kyle Dreier. For 20 plus years, he has owned a real estate management company, specializing in single-family houses and beachfront resort condominiums. Steve has also owned a construction company for four years, building custom and spec houses. Prior to that, Steve served in corporate America for 23 years, holding a management position as President and CEO of a Fortune 500 company. He currently co-own's a major logistics company based in Tennessee.

Thomas Bissmeyer

Tom has been involved in the real estate industry from commercial development to investment condos and vacation rentals for over 24 years. Along with Steve Presley, Tom has participated in the selling of hundreds of millions of dollars of resort properties from Florida to Mexico. Tom has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Finance and spent the early part of his professional career working for an international accounting and consulting firm. Tom worked for a large real estate development company in the Midwest where his responsibilities included financing over $100 million in properties on a annual basis. Tom's ability to develop and lead large teams of independent representatives comes from working for almost 10 years with an international distribution company. He was part of a team that developed and opened several international markets throughout Asia and the South Pacific. At one time there were over 10,000 independent representatives under his leadership.
