EDWARD V. WALSH, III

Edward V. Walsh, III graduated from Fairfield University in 1977, and received his law degree ("J.D."), from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1980. He went on to receive a master of laws degree ("LL.M."), with a specialization in taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1981. Ed is admitted to the Connecticut Bar (1993), New York Bar (1981), and United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (1993). Ed began his legal career as a Trial Attorney for the New York City Transit Authority. He has been a tireless, passionate, and caring advocate for his clients for over 30 years. Ed is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice to the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, criminal law, commercial litigation, and workers compensation. He has handled many complex litigation matters in the Connecticut as well as New York state and federal courts. He has consistently obtained good results for his clients, whether through settlement or jury verdict. Ed has served as a Special Attorney Arbitrator in the Connecticut Superior Court, an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Trumbull, and Counsel for Fairfield University. He also coaches and teaches Mock Trial at St. Rose of Lima School in Newtown, Connecticut.

Michael S. Lynch has been providing quality legal services and delivering excellent results for his clients for more than 30 years, including individuals, small businesses, large corporations and municipalities. A 1987 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, and a former managing partner of a medium-sized private firm, Michael formed Lynch Law Group, LLC to provide a more personal level of legal services to his clients. He believes that every client needs a strong, relentless advocate who has the legal skills and experience to handle the most difficult situations, while always looking for reasonable opportunities to resolve your dispute. Michael is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Connecticut, and was admitted to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He volunteers as an attorney trial referee and arbitrator in Bridgeport Superior Court, and he also conducts private mediations and arbitrations. He has been recognized as a "SuperLawyer" and consistently ranked as a top lawyer by his peers. He regularly lectures in high schools and parent forums on topics such as underage drinking, host liability, and issues relating to publications on social media. He has also been deeply involved in Newtown and other youth sports organizations, having served as a coach, division director and executive board member, while assisting in the drafting of rules, procedures, and codes of conduct for those organizations. Michael has also chaired committees addressing coach and player disciplinary issues for multiple sports organizations.
