Amy Gavazzi is MAI's Managing Director. She supports Contracts and Strategic Planning guiding MAI's way in the IT sector. Together, Amy and Jay channel MAI into the future of the innovative technologies that emerge daily in the IT business and applying them to the mission of MAI to bring the most effective IT solutions to MAI's customers.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from San Diego State University.
Jay Bushman founded Management Applications, Inc., in 1994. As its President and CEO, he drives MAI towards its mission to provide cost-effective, advanced technological solutions to government, business and industry entities. With his focus on client solutions, he navigates the future with sound business practices and cutting-edge technology. He is known as a results-oriented finance and strategic planning executive with extensive experience managing financial, planning, budgeting and administrative functions in the Information Technology industry.
Jay creates and implements innovative solutions to/for existing client problems by being a team-focused leader providing motivation, training and support, by example. An effective combination of analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills allow him to make impactful business decisions and keep Management Applications, Inc. on the forefront of the Information Technology industry. He insists on a "can-do" corporate culture where each team member sees and contributes to solutions
Jay holds a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University.
