Carolyn Noble

Carolyn Noble is Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA). She and her team work closely with leaders across the organization in developing the overarching strategy and goals of the organization and developing and delivering strategic initiatives to bring the strategy to life. The Corporate Strategy team delivers competitive intelligence to inform the business of key market trends and developments. Carolyn and team also drive alignment of the strategy to the annual corporate business plan and facilitate the strategic planning process and tracking. Carolyn joined BCBSMA in 2013. She was formerly a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she led engagements with health care payer and provider clients as a consultant, project leader and principal. She also built out the knowledge function for the firm's US health care services practice. Prior to BCG, Carolyn was a consultant with Charles River Associates in the Competition practice, where she served health care clients on economic litigation and regulatory issues. Carolyn earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude in economics and French from Georgetown University and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Carolyn recently joined the Board of Directors for The Wonderfund, a private non-profit organization that works on behalf of children engaged with the MA Department of Children and Families, working to provide comfort and dignity to children in traumatic situations and enrich childhoods that have been impacted by abuse and neglect.

Jennifer Marino is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rockland Trust. She joined the company in late 2015 and has 20 years of extensive brand marketing experience for leading financial services and consumer companies. Katy O'Neil - VP

Katy O'Neil is Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations, Northeast for Suffolk Construction. Ms. O'Neil joined Suffolk in May 2018 and is responsible for managing a team of business development professionals to develop and maintain relationships with Suffolk customers. In May 2019, she was promoted to a National role overseeing the Marketing Work Acquisition team, a group of individuals who produce proposals on behalf of Suffolk. Prior to joining Suffolk, Ms. O'Neil was Executive Vice President for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, one of the region's leading business associations. In this role, Ms. O'Neil had overall responsibility for programs & events, member retention, and business development, for this 1,500 member organization. She was responsible for the development of the Chamber's Leadership Initiative which includes programs for senior executives, high-potential managers, and emerging women. As overseer of the Chamber's primary revenue sources, she is also responsible for all sponsorship programming. Ms. O'Neil worked at the Chamber for a total of 22 years, beginning immediately after college as an executive assistant to the president. Her area of responsibility quickly expanded, and after five years, she took a position with an Internet company managing its key client accounts, including William & Mary, the Democratic National Committee, Avon Products, and Sallie Mae, Inc. Ms. O'Neil rejoined the Chamber in 2001 as a member of the senior management team. A graduate of the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson, Ms. O'Neil holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College. Ms. O'Neil is active in local boards and non-profits. She is the former Chair of the Board of the Massachusetts March of Dimes, a Member of Mayor Walsh's Women's Workforce Council, Member of Board of Overseers for the Boch Center, a member of the Babson Boston Advisory Council and a Board Member for the Center for Women in Politics and Public Policy, UMASS Boston. She is an avid soccer player and runner, completing the 100th Boston Marathon. She lives in Duxbury, Massachusetts, with her husband and their three children.

Mark is a partner in the assurance practice of Ernst & Young's Boston, MA (USA) office. Mark has 16 years of experience working closely with both public and privately-held companies at all stages of development in the technology, software, and software as a service, medical device, manufacturing, and Ag-Tech industries in the New England market. Mark has extensive experience working with public companies who have both recently gone public and have significant experience as a public company. He has worked with clients preparing for and consummating initial public offerings and other registration filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as significant merger and acquisition transactions. V. Kadir Kadhiresan, PhD, joined Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JJDC, Inc. (JJDC) in 2007 and focuses on investments in medical devices and digital health. Kadir has more than two decades of operational, investment and business development experience. Based in Boston, Kadir works closely with Johnson & Johnson leadership to identify business needs and has responsibility for sourcing, investing and managing venture investment opportunities. He holds board seats for several JJDC portfolio companies. Some of his investments include Coherex Medical (Acquired by Biosense Webster/JNJ), Spinal Modulation (Acquired by St.Jude/ABT), Novocure (NASDAQ: NVCR), Torax Medical (Acquired by Ethicon/JNJ), Neotract (Acquired by Teleflex) and Inspire Medical Systems (NYSE: INSP). Before joining JJDC, Kadir was head of Business Development at Guidant, Inc., now Boston Scientific, Inc., where he led several transactions to access novel medical device technologies. Prior to entering business development, he led the research and development of multiple early-stage technologies and products in cardiac rhythm management and heart failure. Kadir was instrumental in the development of the cardiac resynchronization device for heart failure, now a multibillion dollar product. At Heart Rhythm Technologies, a subsidiary of Guidant, he led the development of an ablation technology for treatment of atrial fibrillation and raised venture financing for the project. Kadir has more than 40 issued patents and several scientific manuscripts published in top peer-reviewed journals. Kadir received a PhD and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (REC), Trichy, India. Kadir was awarded the engineering alumni merit award from University of Michigan and serves on its biomedical engineering advisory board.
