Chandra is an Engineer, and a postgraduate degree in Finance. He has a diverse back ground have worked with corporates such as Devyani International, Sobha Group, Binani Industries, banking and financial services with Dubai Group (UAE), Emirates NBD (UAE) and consulting at KPMG and Ernst & Young/ Arthur Andersen. His responsibilities have spanned Corporate Strategy, Private Equity investments/ Exits, Cash Flow Management and Developing & Implementing Finance & Management Controls/Processes/ERP across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe & UAE. Given his diverse set of experiences and excellence in his field, Chandra was awarded as a top 100 CFO, 2020 by CFO India and CFO of the Year by Indian Achievers Forum (2020).

Prior to joining us, he worked with Kuwait Airways as senior expert revenue and pricing and Head of Revenue Integration Project and Head of Air Price System for the airlines. He has a Marketing Degree from Harvard Business School, a degree in Business and Diploma in Aviation Strategy.

Imran has over 20 years experience in ICT, cybersecurity design and project management with specialization in construction, building automation and data centers. He served governments and banks across Kuwait, Oman and UAE. Imran has a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Intercollege (Cyprus) and certified C|CISO, CISM, and TOGAF professional.

Leads advisory for private equity transactions and business restructuring. He has significant experience in managing alternative asset class investments, primarily business held by Private equity funds. He has also served on board of directors for various operating companies in the businesses of heavy industries, retail, and financial services. Prior to joining us, he was Vice President with Global Investment House and worked as Head of Hedge Funds. He had also worked with Ernst & Young as an adviser in the transaction advisory service. He has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a graduate degree in Engineering.
Advises on retail banking operations and debt financing. Previously she served as Asst. General Manager with State Bank of India for over 25 years. She has significant experience in corporate banking as well as in micro finance and rural banking. She received her Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
A seasoned Corporate finance and accounting professional with experience in Corporate Finance- Budgeting, Forecasting, Companies Valuation of Oil & Energy, Auto Ind, Trading, Construction & Transport Services Co. and Food & Beverage Industries in Kuwait. In-depth implementation skills in Financial Controls, Process improvement with Multi-dimensional ERPS. He is a CFA charter holder and also has a Masters in Commerce.
Payal coordinates between Client and mBerry team on assigned transactions. She has previously worked with Aegis (Airtel) and ITC Groups - Hotels division. She received her MBA degree from IILM, India.
Raj Lakha is based in London and focuses on private equity, corporate finance, Private Public Partnership (PPP) projects . He has a background in risk management, compliance and governance. He has worked with public sector bodies worldwide as well as advised many hundreds of companies. His main sector focus is real estate, education, health/life sciences and urban regeneration. Raj holds degrees in Economics & Government and an MBA in International Business. He is also Honorary President (International) of a leading security/safety professional association
Rajini advises on corporate strategy and market development. She has over 30 years of experience consulting business in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the United States. She specializes in new market access and startups. She has Masters degree in English and post-graduate diploma in Systems Management.
Advises on matters related to strategic investment, acquisition and new business setups. He has extensive experience in collective investment funds management, investment structuring and business start-ups. Earlier he worked with Global Investment House managing financial services in 15 countries of Middle East and Asia. He received his doctoral fellowship from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and Masters' in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. He is a Jurist with India's National Committee for Hultz Prize (United Nations) and Founder & Director of The Metropolitan School of Music.
Swati analyses mid revenue companies who require fund for expansion both in equity and debt form. She works with Clients to identify their business expansion needs, establish clear valuations and connect with potential private equity and institutional investors.
