Yet, my dream of writing was like a seed planted deep inside. And for this late bloomer, it took a long time to sprout! It all started with a feeling that something was missing. I had just turned forty-eight years old and had started my own marketing agency with another produce industry professional. But the empty feeling caused me to reflect and think about writing again. So I put the story in my head down on paper as a historical romance novel. I didn't know what I was doing; yet, I felt challenged, excited, and energized. So, I knew I was on the right path.
