Our goal is to actively participate in the urban development not only of interesting localities in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. We do not do development as if on a treadmill, but we carefully think through each of our projects and choose opportunities. We build in places that are visible to people, and we are not afraid of discussions with city representatives. We always add something extra to our buildings, whether it's a work of art in a public space or an entire park. We are convinced that this is the only way we can preserve the value of our projects for future generations... We are breathing new life into the former lung hospital built in 1917. The original architecture in a new concept gives the building a completely unique character.
