Martina Gonzalez

Martina Gonzalez is a Military spouse - She met her husband in 2002 while attending college after his service in the Navy. They both grew up in Florida and relocated to Lynchburg, VA in 2006 where they got married. They recently moved to the DMV area where they met Don and TJ after being referred by one of our trusted lenders - Veteran's United. They both loved the attention to detail and the values they both put forth in the home buying process. 2020 was a challenging year to relocate with the Pandemic and the rising home prices, but Don and TJ persisted until they found the perfect home for Martina and Eric. They are delighted with their purchase. Martina has always had a passion for helping people. She has a B.S. degree in Health Sciences and Health Services Administration. While working in the medical field, she utilized her skills primarily as a medical Assistant, and had a strong passion for helping others. After purchasing her home with the assistance of MilVets and noticing how they strived to help military veterans and their families, she developed an interest in the real estate profession and process. As Don's team grew and the need for a new Transaction Coordinator arose, she jumped at the opportunity to help people in a different field, while at the same time utilizing the skills and values she cultivated in her previous profession. Her strong attention to detail, organization, and helping others has quickly made her an invaluable addition to the MilVets Team. As a Transaction Coordinator, Martina is committed to assisting clients with the entire process from contract to close. She has also recently become a licensed Realtor! Martina has two children, Christian and Avery. The family enjoys playing outside, taking hikes and spending time with nearby family. She enjoys being a "foodie", gardening, and volunteering at her children's' schools in her spare time.

She has a strong desire to build relationships with people and ensure they have a great experience with MilVets Home Team. Megan lives with her husband, 2 year old son and dog. Seth Perrin - Founder

Job Titles:
  • Founder
  • Team Leader
  • Founder and Owner of Mil
Seth Perrin has lived in the Northern Virginia area since he was 2 years old and grew up a dependent of a Navy officer. Growing up in a military household is what first sparked his interest in MilVets Home Team. He knows the sacrifices and challenges military families face and he has a strong desire to give back to the military community any way he can. In addition to his desire to give back, Seth's dedication to customer service and eagerness to learn all he can about the real estate industry makes him a perfect fit as MilVets administrative assistant. Following in his father's footsteps, he is currently studying to become a licensed real estate agent in Northern Virginia. Outside of work Seth is a talented musician and loves nothing more than to relax at the end of the day by strumming his guitar or practicing piano and singing. He also loves cooking, board games and all things Disney. Feel free to share a recipe you enjoy, your favorite band, or story about your most recent Disney trip, he'll love it! Don Perrin is the Founder and Owner of MilVets Home Team and the driving force behind everything we do. His vision to provide real estate expertise and leadership to fellow service members and veterans is why MilVets Home Team exists today. While Don has technically only been working in real estate for less than a decade, his passion for the industry dates back to when he was just a teenager. After buying his first home at the age of 19, Don "caught the real estate bug," and realized how accessible owning a property could be. However, Don began his professional career as an Enlisted Commissioned Officer (also known as a Mustang) in the United States Navy in 1979. Don's career in the US Navy would go on to span over 20 years, and like most military service members, he would spend much of it stationed in quite a few different places - from the southeast coast of the United States to South East Asia, where he spent three years based in Guam, Japan, and the Philippines. Don returned to the United States after his time stationed overseas and achieved his real estate license in 1986, while still working for the US Navy. His love for real estate influenced his long-term retirement plans; however, he did not enter the real estate industry directly after retiring from the military. After his exit from the US Navy in 1999, Don took up a position as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at an information technology firm, where he directed and managed several systems engineering projects for 16 years. Don's technical position as CTO of his IT firm heavily influences his avid appreciation and use of technology in his current real estate career, where he develops highly technical marketing and communications strategies for MilVets Home Team. Don's long-term vision for his career in real estate was to apply the values of integrity, honesty, and teamwork he learned from his time in the military to the real estate industry. Today, he translates the concept of teamwork and team building to help fellow service members and veterans accomplish their real estate goals. Across all of Don's personal and professional ventures, he has learned firsthand that you will not get anywhere trying to accomplish a mission by yourself; you always travel further and achieve more when someone has your six.
