Erin Parker is a graduate from the University of Maryland University College, with over 6 years mental health and healthcare experience. As Director of Operations Erin is responsible for the growth and profitability of the organization. Erin oversees the planning and monitoring of the day-to-day operation of business to ensure smooth progress, supervising staff from different departments and providing outcome reports.

Ms. Moore has a wealth of knowledge, gaining over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Ms. Moore has been a proud member of SHRM since 1991, gaining experience with HRIS/payroll database, managing employee onboarding, auditing & compliance. Ms. Moore is responsible for developing and implementing all human resources related policies, supporting strategic objectives, hiring new staff, managing staff wellness and performance reviews, maintaining staff records, handling employee benefits and overseeing training protocols.

Marion Wright is Co-Founder of Miracles Within Inc., a proud husband and father of four beautiful children. Marion's educational background includes; attending Howard University for his undergraduate degree in Human Communications and Public Relations. After working in the social services field for 5 years, Marion completed his master's degree in special education from Delaware State University. In 2016, Marion completed his second master's from The University of the District of Columbia receiving a degree in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling. For the past 20 years Marion has been serving various populations within the community. Marion's employment experiences include being an educator working with students with emotional, behavioral and mental health disabilities for over 15 years. Marion's career experience also covers working with adjudicated youth in the area of youth detention for the District of Columbia. Marion's personal philosophy is that "Within everyone lies the answer that they seek, the only question is are you willing to search for the truth."

Mr. Tiresias S. McCall is the Co-Founder of Miracles Within Inc., and has been a servant in his community for over 25 years. He's served 8 years in the United States Marines Corps, 5 years as a Special Education Teacher, 4 years as an administrator, 4 years as a Juvenile Probation Officer, 4 years as a Juvenile Correctional Officer, 4 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, 1 year as a Mental Health Lead at a Children's Mental Health Facility and 23 years as a case manager, counselor and group facilitator for our youth, their families and the community. All of the experiences above have prepared, shaped and molded him into the professional that he is today.
