MORRISON INVESTMENT GROUP - Key Persons
Ms. McGraw has over thirty years of management and customer service experience. She formerly was Director of Member Services for a regional health care company and prior to that she was the manager of the Customer Relationship Management Center for an international insurance company. She has been in charge of lessee relationships and maintenance for the Morrison Group for 10 years.
James J. Morrison, Jr. is a New Orleans investor and attorney (Tulane Law 1970) with a 30 year background as an owner, manager and developer of commercial retail, office, parking garage development and multi-family real estate both for himself, family members and partnerships. He is the owner with his wife of a number of the shopping centers controlled by the group and an investor in and the manager of the limited liability companies that own the rest of the centers.
Pat Morrison is a principal of the group and the owner with James J. Morrison, Jr. of several of the shopping centers, and an investor with James J. Morrison, Jr. in the others. She has assisted in leasing, underwriting and financing of the various properties.
Mrs. Garcia has been employed by the Morrison Group for over 16 years as Comptroller and has 40 years of experience in that field. Prior to coming to work for us she was Vice President of Finance for the New Orleans Convention and Visitor's Bureau for 15 years and prior to that she served as Controller of the Le Pavillon Hotel.
T. Kent Morrison is a principal of the firm. After graduating from Tulane University's School of Law, Thomas Kent Morrison joined Phelps Dunbar, LLP, a distinguished full-service firm servicing clients throughout the Gulf South, while simultaneously investing in and/or managing residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Between his legal practice and business ventures, Mr. Morrison has significant experience with, and exposure to, real estate management, investment and development.
