Mr. Srivastava joined MOPE in 2022. At MOPE, he is responsible for transaction evaluation, financial analysis, deal documentation and portfolio management of primarily consumer and consumer-tech investments.
Prior to joining MOPE, Mr. Srivastava has had over 13 years of experience in private equity (Helix Investments), tech start-up (Roposo), investment banking (Citigroup), and business consulting. He was a Vice President at Helix Investments and worked on assignments covering the entire private equity life cycle including deal sourcing and evaluation, deal execution, portfolio management, and exits. During his stint at Helix, Ms. Srivastava worked on opportunities across consumer, technology, and education verticals including investments in a cybersecurity services business and a dental healthcare chain, and successful exits from an ed-tech player and a KPO services firm.
At Roposo, he was part of the core management team and was involved in business development, growth strategy and fund raising as a Growth Architect. At Citi, Mr. Srivastava was part of the market leading investment banking team and worked on several marquee M&A and public market transactions including merger of Pfizer and Wyeth in India, IPO of UFO Moviez, and FPO of Power Grid.
Mr, Srivastava holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and has earned a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
Mr. Kedia joined Motilal Oswal Alternates business in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for managing operations for private equity funds and real estate funds, including domestic institutional fund raising, investment monitoring, fund compliance, fund accounting and administration, and investor relations. Mr. Kedia also represents Fund II on the Board of Dairy Classic.
He has 29 years of diverse experience across strategy and operational roles (Zee Entertainment Enterprise, Parag Milk Foods, Publicis Groupe, Coca Cola HBC SA, Kansai Nerolac Paints). At Zee Entertainment Enterprise, he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was responsible for driving the execution of the company's digital strategy by launching the OTT platform, ZEE5. At Parag Milk Foods, he was responsible for listing the company through an IPO process and managing investor relations, in addition to his core role of CFO.
During his stint at Publicis Groupe, as the CFO (Media and Creative), he handled the India operations and led 20+ M&A transactions. At Coca Cola HBC SA as the Eastern European Finance Director, he was responsible for diverse strategic and operational roles, such as the acquisition of a juice manufacturing unit, setting up of mineral water unit, launching their route-to-market strategy, driving efficiency in cold chain setup, setting up advanced MIS system and developing a collaborative model between the Coca Cola company and its franchise bottlers. At Kansai Nerolac Paints, Mr. Kedia was instrumental in setting up a new production facility in Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Rathi joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in April 2012. He heads the Credit, Risk & Asset Management vertical at Motilal Oswal Real Estate and is responsible for monitoring the portfolio health, credit appraisal, transaction structuring, asset management, divestments and fund raising.
Mr. Rathi has over 13 years of diverse experience across deal origination, business strategy, credit assessment, transaction structuring, portfolio management, risk assessment, fund raising, fund set-up and corporate finance in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, Mr. Rathi was associated with a listed real estate player managing business strategy, fund raising and investor relations.
He has completed his B.E. (Electrical & Electronics) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and holds a Master's degree in finance and management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Mr. Soni joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2017. He is responsible for domestic fund raising and ongoing interaction with potential and current investors.
Prior to Motilal Oswal Private Equity, he spent over 18 years in fund raising, sales and distribution, business development and investor relations with Motilal Oswal AMC, Daiwa Asset Management, Birla Sun Life Asset Management, Tata Motors and Birla Global Finance. Mr. Soni has been associated with the Motilal Oswal Group since November 2013. He was the Zonal Head - Sales & Distribution at Motilal Oswal AMC for four years. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for relationship and channel management, product and pricing strategy, new product launches and business development.

Mr. Dave joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. He is responsible for transaction evaluation, financial analysis and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity, Mr. Dave had about 3 years of experience in Investment Banking (Investec India) and Corporate Planning & Strategy (Reliance Industries). At Investec, he was a part of the Investment Banking team and was responsible for end-to-end private mid-market transactions from origination, execution to deal closure primarily within the financial services sector. Mr. Sanghavi joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2021. He is responsible for supporting portfolio companies in their digital transformation journey.
Mr. Sanghavi joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity with over 21 years of experience in heading IT departments of corporate houses across distribution, retail and FMCG sectors, such as Savex Technologies, Harmony Distributors (a subsidiary of Jashanmal group), Planet M (a division of Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd., Times Group), Yash Birla group and Bajaj Consumer Care.
At Bajaj Consumer Care, he was involved in formulating the organisation's IT strategy, setting up the IT department and helping the organisation in its digital transformation journey. At Planet M, he headed project rollouts for opening 300+ retail outlets across India. Dr. Kunal joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. He is responsible for transaction evaluation, financial analysis, deal documentation and portfolio management of primarily Life Sciences investments.
Prior to joining MOPE, Dr. Kunal has had over 9 years of experience in corporate strategy (Zydus Lifesciences), management consulting (Deloitte) and medical affairs (GSK). At Zydus, he was Executive Assistant to the Chairman where he was responsible driving strategic and performance improvement initiatives across the company. During his consulting stint at Deloitte, Dr. Kunal worked mostly on corporate growth and commercial due diligence assignments primarily for healthcare, med-tech and pharma companies. At GSK, Dr. Kunal worked on medico-marketing activities and clinical trial monitoring of several of GSK's off-patent assets.

Mr. Shankar has been associated with Motilal Oswal Private Equity since 2013. He is responsible for deal evaluation and portfolio monitoring.
Mr. Shankar has 35 years of experiences in the healthcare sector. He established and scaled Indian operations of Actavis Pharma, the world's third largest generics company, to US$100 million revenues. He had earlier worked with Hikal Limited as its Chief Finance Officer, where he spearheaded Hikal's growth outside the country as well as into pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, Mr. Shankar worked with
E. Merck India Ltd. for 12 years across accounts, finance, internal audit, costing, management accounting and information technology functions. He has considerable experience in domestic and cross-border M&A. He led the acquisition of three companies for Actavis in India and two companies abroad for Hikal. He has expertise in building systems-driven organisations and leveraging analytical skills to solve complex issues.
Mr. Shankar is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Ms. Bansal is responsible for deal sourcing, investing, monitoring, managing exits with focus on Bangalore and Chennai.
Ms. Bansal has nearly a decade of work experience in working with Real Estate developers across South Indian markets. Prior to joining Motilal Oswal, Ms. Bansal was working with DMI where she was part of Corporate Lending vertical focussing on lending to South Indian Real Estate developers. Ms. Bansal was working with Colliers International before joining DMI. At Colliers she was leading the Capital Markets Team in Bangalore and was responsible for fund raising for developers across Bangalore and Chennai. She has also worked on multiple asset sale transactions.
Ms. Bansal holds Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and is also an MBA from FMS, Delhi University.
Mr. Jain joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2023. He is involved in transaction evaluation, financial analysis, portfolio management and deal documentation.
He is a Chartered Accountant and has secured all-India ranks at all the three levels, including AIR 1. Mr. Tibra joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2020 and brings with him more than 9 years of experience in Finance and Operations. He was previously associated with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd where he was responsible for fund administration. At Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he is responsible for accounting, finance, MIS and other strategic initiatives.
Mr. Tibra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University.
Mr. Shah joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2020. He is responsible for entire deal cycle including transaction sourcing, evaluation, deal documentation and portfolio management and exists. He oversees investments across MMR.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity, Mr. Mehta worked in investment banking (Edelweiss, JP Morgan). He was an Assistant Manager in the investment banking team at Edelweiss and was responsible for end-to-end private and public market transactions from ideation, origination to deal closure within the consumer and healthcare sectors. At JP Morgan Services, he was an Analyst in the investment banking business and was responsible for end-to-end sell-side pitch books, including identification of targets and divestment opportunities, financial modelling and deal structuring for the industrials sector.

Mr. Oza has total experience of more than 10 years across banking, capital markets and real estate financing. At Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he works with the Head of Credit Risk & Asset Management to build a portfolio of Real Estate projects keeping in view the fund's risk appetite return expectations and liability profile.
Prior to Joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he worked with ICICI Bank Limited (Credit Risk - Commercial Real Estate) for about 5 years and IIFL (Equity Research) for about 4 years. At ICICI Bank Limited, Mr. Oza was engaged in risk assessment for lending in real estate space (residential and commercial) across India. The role involved appraisal of the transaction, rating of the transaction based on proprietary rating model and highlighting key risks to the Committee of the Bank. At IIFL, He worked as sell-side equity research analyst with focus on sector agnostic mid-cap stocks.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Real Estate, he has worked with ASK Property Investment Advisors and EY. As a Vice President at ASK, Mr. Thanawala focused on real estate private equity and was responsible for the entire deal cycle, including origination, evaluation, deal documentation, portfolio management and exits. At EY, he worked as a Senior Consultant in the advisory business where he consulted clients across real estate, financial services and retail. Mr. Thanawala also brings with him entrepreneurship experience in the consumer space. As a co-founder in his startup, he was responsible for the entire operations, business development and growth functions. He was also instrumental in the start-up's multiple rounds of fund raising from angel and strategic investors.

Mr. Agrawal is the co-founder of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) and one of India's most celebrated investors with more than three decades of investing experience. Under his leadership, MOFSL has emerged as a multi-location, multi-business financial services conglomerate.

Mr. Tulsyan founded Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2006 with MOFSL as its sponsor. He is directly involved in identifying businesses and supporting portfolio companies, and has built a platform to channelise long-term capital to create valuable enterprises and successful entrepreneurs.
Ms. Kedia joined Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2020. She is involved in deal evaluation, financial analysis and portfolio management. She was instrumental in executing Fund III's investments in AU Small Finance Bank, Finnov Private Limited and Fincare Small Finance Bank.
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity, Ms. Kedia worked as an Associate in the investment banking team at JM Financial. She was responsible private and public market transactions from origination, execution, structuring to deal closure across various sectors.

He focuses on businesses in the life sciences sector, and represents the existing funds on the Board of Arinna Life Sciences, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Molbio Diagnostics and Ganesh Grains. He led investments in Ganesh Grains from Fund II and in Symbiotec Pharmalab and Molbio Diagnostics from Fund III.
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Private Equity, Mr. Mantri garnered 15 years of experience in the life sciences sector in private equity and investment banking (KPMG). At KPMG, he worked as an Associate Director in the investment banking business and was responsible for origination and execution of M&A, private equity, financial restructuring and joint venture transactions. He extensively covered pharmaceutical, chemical and healthcare companies in India and managed relationships at the promoter and senior management levels. Mr. Mantri also advised on M&A transactions involving mid-size Indian pharma companies like Unimark Remedies, Kilitch Drugs, NBZ Pharma, Bafna Pharma as well as large multinationals like J&J, Akorn, Hikma, GSK, among others. He was also involved in Nihon Nohyaku's (Japan) acquisition of an agro-chemicals business in India, financial restructuring of Marksans Pharma and Voltas' (a Tata group company) joint venture transaction.

Ms. Daryani joined Motilal Oswal team in 2007. She is responsible for the smooth functioning of a variety of administrative responsibilities and routine tasks for efficient management of the organisation. Previously, Ms. Daryani worked with ICICI Bank Limited in the home loans department and was responsible for handling administrative tasks. Mr. Deshpande joined Motilal Oswal Real Estate in 2020. He is responsible for technical evaluation of investments, due diligence, asset monitoring, assessing project performance and exits.
He has an experience of over 8 years in real estate consulting, technical due diligence and valuation. As a consultant, he has been primarily a part of wide variety of advisory assignments pertaining to project risk monitoring services, technical due diligence, and approval due diligence etc. for various asset classes such as residential, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure in and across India and Sri Lanka.

Earlier, in the 70s he worked with Citibank in its investment banking and commercial banking departments. He is also the Chairman of TPL Plastech Limited, a listed entity, and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several listed and unlisted companies, including MNCs. He also mentors a few start-ups.
