The specific purpose of MPG Wellness Initiative, Inc. is to establish a Community Wellness Program where entities such as faith based organizations, governmental agencies, corporations, charitable foundations, non-profit groups, community leaders, and individuals can be mobilized to reduce health disparities and inequities in the United States... Our primary mission at MPG Wellness Initiative, Inc. is to break the cycle of poverty, improve community access to healthcare services, reduce the rate of emergency room visitations for primary care, reduce the rate of preventable hospitalizations and inpatient days, reduce health disparities and inequities, improve the well-being of communities, erase hopelessness and instill a positive attitude, eliminate despair and replace it with a self sufficient spirit, raise awareness, encourage action, and serve as an advocacy group which strives to meet the unique cultural and health needs of underserved communities.
