David de Villiers is a graduate from Stellenbosch University and Unisa with a B.Acc degree and B.Compt honours degree respectively. He is currently studying to obtain a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification.
He has more than three years' experience in compiling financial statements, delivering tax advice and final audits with companies like BGR auditors & PWC. He also played professional rugby for the Boland Cavaliers, Cheetahs and Lions before retiring in 2011.
David started to work at MyPlayers in 2012 and is now the General Manager of Financial Services.
Eugene Henning is an admitted attorney and obtained his B.Com, LLB and MBA degrees from the University of Stellenbosch. He practiced as an attorney where after he worked as a Legal Advisor for Bidvest in the United Kingdom. Upon his return to South Africa, he worked as a Legal Advisor in the financial services industry.
He currently acts as the Chief Executive Officer at MyPlayers and is responsible to oversee and manage the operations at the Players' Organisation.
Helga is a graduate from the University of Stellenbosch, where she obtained her B.Com degree in Financial Accounting. She previously worked at Bernard Shaw Ouditeure Inc, where she completed her SAIPA article, before joining the MyPlayers as a financial manager in 2015. Helga is a register member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).

Nicole Hayes joined the MyPlayers team in 2024 as their National Player Development Manager. She is a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 0153206). Nicole obtained her Master of Commerce Degree in Industrial Psychology at the University of Pretoria and went on to complete the required one-year practical internship through the Tygerberg Forum for Industrial Psychologists. She also has an undergraduate degree in Media Writing and Sociology from the University of Cape Town, and a National Certificate in Fitness: Personal Fitness Training from ETA.
Nicole has previously been an athlete, having obtained Protea Colours in ice-skating and competed in numerous national and international competitions in both ice-dancing and synchronised skating. Having competed in two ISU World Synchronised Skating Championships and captaining the National Senior Synchronised skating team for a season, Nicole hung up her skates in 2007. Since then, she has worked in various roles both in corporate, consulting, and higher education.
Reghana Harneker is an admitted attorney and obtained her LLB Hons. at the University of the Western Cape. She also completed a certificate in Compliance Management at the University of Cape Town. Before joining MyPlayers, she was the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor at Cancercare for 6 years.

Tracey Cable was one of the first employees who started working at the Players' Organisation. She was also the first female member on the team and today she is the anchor of the MyPlayers office. She started her journey on the 1st of April 1999 and celebrated 20 years of working for the Players' Organisation in 2019.
Welmarie van der Spuy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined the MyPlayers team as a Senior Financial Manager. She gained 8 years of work experience as a Financial Manager at the popular retail giant Fruit and Veg in the Western Cape. She also worked at PKF and Ernest Young, where she was a Trainee Accountant and Senior Internal Auditor respectively.
