All these and more using one powerful app... Blaggo is composed of a cloud-based portal for utility-partners and a downloadable mobile app for consumers. The portal allows utility-partners access to administrative features of the Blaggo system while the mobile app allows consumers access to its messaging, digital wallet, token, and payment features... We collaborate with strategically located community stores, especially those in the outskirts, to be partner-merchants of tokens for the convenience of the unbanked and underbanked consumers.
