We offer advisory via online (Telephone or videoconference) or in person, whatever is more convenient for you... Our main focus is on the essential actions of life. Movement, Breathing, Light, Sound, Rest, Nutrition and Hydration... Ambition is a wonderful thing, but very often we allow our determination to exceed our ability to see the beauty that exists in the present.
