Premium Bus Services, based in Newcastle, is a locally owned and operated family business founded in 2008 by proprietor Michelle Hadaway (pictured above). From humble beginnings the business has expanded into Newcastle's primary transport provider for small to medium sized group movements, particulary specialising in Airport and Cruise Transfers, and also Private Day Tours... Our family has used Premium Bus Services on many occasions , we have found them very helpful and their customer service is second to none. We used them for our airport transfer for our last holiday , both taking us to the airport plus picking us up after our trip ... yes we would certainly recommend this excellent service.
