Al Fuller is Construction Manager and is responsible for design, budgeting, and overall coordination of construction projects. Previously Al was Construction Manager for NOCO Energy Corp. and held similar roles in areas of Construction Management, Service/Maintenance and Project Management for Wilson Farms Inc. and Tops Markets Inc. Outside of work, Al enjoys spending time with his family, rooting for the Bills / Sabres, and can be found on various high school football fields acting as a Referee for the Western New York Certified Football Officials Association.

Jessica Barniak - CFO

Jessica Barniak is the Chief Financial Officer for Newman Properties, Inc. and serves on the Executive Team. She oversees the accounting and treasury divisions and is responsible for financial planning and analysis. Jessica is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and obtained her MBA from St. Bonaventure University. Previously, Jessica was the Controller for NOCO Real Estate and Empire Petroleum Services at NOCO Energy Corp. Jessica also has 10-years of experience at M&T Bank, where she developed expertise as a commercial real estate analyst and financial auditor. In Jessica's personal time she is an active participant at her children's school, where she sits on the Home School Association Board and chairs various fundraisers.

Jim Lorimer - VP of Sales

Jim Lorimer is a Director of Sales for NOCO Dealer and a member of the Executive Team. Direct responsibilities include overseeing the daily sales and management of the dealer supply network. Jim brings over 25 plus years of sales and marketing experience, he previously worked at Schmitt Sales Inc. and First Source/Tzetzo Bros. Jim has lived in Western New York since graduating from Niagara University. Outside of work, you can find Jim spending quality time with his wife Kim and daughter Hallie. Jim is also actively involved in his community and coaches a travel softball team at Lou Gehrig baseball and softball.

Kevin Cashdollar - COO

Kevin Cashdollar is the Chief Operating Officer for Newman Properties, Inc. and serves on the Executive Team. He oversees the daily operations and daily running of the 3 operating businesses in Newman properties using the EOS. Kevin has a degree from Penn State University in Marketing and a Minor in Business logistics. Previously, Kevin was a division manager of dealer business and supply of branded fuel at NOCO Energy Corp. for 15 Years. Kevin also worked for ExxonMobil for almost 10 years working throughout the Northeast. This included analysis of the complete supply chain and from refining to retail environment. He spent most of time at ExxonMobil in the supply to company operated and dealer operated locations. In Kevin's personal time he is an active participant in the lives of his wife Colleen and their 4 children.

Michael F. Newman - CEO

Michael F. Newman is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Newman Properties Inc., a leading distributor of branded fuel, providing petroleum equipment and high quality fuel asset maintenance services. Mike is very active in the community, presently serving as a board member of Nichols School Board of Trustees, ECC Foundation Board, Canisius Business Advisory and Bank on Buffalo Advisory Director. He was named one of the 125 Most Influential People in WNY in 2012. Mike graduated from Canisius College with both a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Business. He resides with his family in Snyder, New York.

Scott Robinson

Scott Robinson serves on the Executive Team of Newman Properties, Inc, and as President & General Manager of Empire Petroleum Services where he is responsible for the growth and sustainability of our newest business. Before Scott started Empire Petroleum in 2016, he spent over 30 years in a multiple of management rolls with NOCO Energy Corp, & Tops Markets in the Real Estate, Property Management, Maintenance, Environmental Compliance, & Fuel Asset Fields. Scott is a Licensed NYS Real Estate Associate Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Outside of work, Scott volunteers in his community as an Emergency Manager, Assistant Fire Chief, & Emergency Medical Technician.

Tim Boyle - President

Tim Boyle is President for Newman Properties, Inc. and serves on the Executive Team. He is responsible for the oversight of the companies real estate assets, property management and project management operations. Previously Tim was the Vice President of Real Estate at NOCO Energy Corp for 16 years where his primary role was the development of the NOCO Express Store chain.

Wendy Chopyak - COO

Wendy Chopyak is the Director of Operations and serves on the Executive Team for Newman Properties Inc. She oversees insurance compliance for all vendor and Dealer portfolios and is responsible for the PO Process for the company. She also handles commercial/residential property and Dealer Site management. Wendy has a Master of Science Degree from Canisius College. Previously, Wendy worked at NOCO Energy Corp for 13 years supporting various divisions in many capacities.
