Georgia Maneta

Georgia Maneta is a state Primary School teacher of English. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and an MA in Literature in English from Dalarna University, Sweden. She, also, works as an oral assessor of English for the State Certificate in Greece and other Examination Boards. She is a volunteer in YFU (Youth For Understanding) and a member of the Executive Board of the MRT (Matrix Reader's Theater). She is a newly appointed ambassador of eTwinning (a European platform where schools from all over Europe co-operate on various projects) She is interested in theatre, cinema, reading and educational technology and likes meeting people from all over the world. Georgia resides in Volos, Greece.

Lindley S. Hanson

Dr. Lindley Hanson is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Geological Sciences at Salem State University in Salem, MA, where she continues to teach part time. She received her PhD in Geology at Boston University. Dr. Hanson taught geology for 40 years before retiring from full-time teaching in 2018. While at Salem State she co-founded the North Shore Chapter of Sigma Xi, was graduate coordinator for the Masters in Middle School Science, created and chaired the SSU sustainability committee, and worked with a local organization to educate community members and politicians on the causes of local flooding and potential mitigation. Dr. Hanson began integrating online resources into her courses as soon as they became available in the 1980s. She was one of the first professors to offer courses online, building her own course websites, before the University adopted a learning management system (LMS. She is well aware of the challenges of keeping students engaged online and recognizes the value of NGGE's mission and outreach. Even as a "retired" professor she continues to mentor student research and teach online courses. Local issues require global solutions and Dr. Hanson believe that will lie in presenting and discussing these issues on a global educational platform where all can participate.

Shaison P. Ouseph

Dr. Shaison P. Ouseph is an internationally acclaimed documentary filmmaker, cameraman, and photographer based in Mumbai, India. His many credits range from director of photography to art direction on a myriad of documentaries and independent feature projects. Dr. Shaison has been recognized for his compassionate and humanist voice, emphasizing the potential of the human spirit, focus on universal intrinsic needs, environmental awareness, and solving of global issues through the art and scope of film. Among the esteemed organizations that have bestowed awards and certificates on him for his work on social issues are the United Nations, the US Embassy, International Labour Organization, and International Independent Film Awards. World Institute for Peace (WIP) recognized Dr. Shaison as the World Icon of Media for Peace in 2017, and his association with international organizations such as International Human Rights Consortium, Habitat for Humanity, Seeds of Peace, and the Life Story Library Foundation in the USA, are milestone accomplishments of his career. In 2018 Brampton International University, Canada, bestowed him with an Honorary Doctorate for his contribution to the Media and Arts. Currently, Dr. Shaison is the Head of Department for Film & Television at XIC, St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, and teaches filmmaking around the world. Dr. Shaison believes that the intrinsic power of film is in its ability to touch the human psyche, and move its audience in a more relatable way than any other medium. His goal in making films and teaching filmmaking is to inspire others with the art of storytelling, and the beauty of the human experience.

Tracy Hanson - CEO, Founder

Tracy Hanson, Founder and CEO of Next Generation Global Education is the designer of the Matrix of a Learner and the Global Matrix Readers Theatre. Tracy has been in the field of education since 1979 and holds a bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education, a master's in Curriculum Development and Reading, and a master's in educational administration. Tracy has been a director, consultant, and administrator, and a teacher of elementary students, medically fragile multi-handicapped children, gifted learners, adults recovering from a break-down, and birth to 3-year-olds requiring early intervention. Her visionary contribution to education is the "Matrix of a Learner", a creative learning philosophy designed to promote a more responsible and collaborative society opening the doors for a more peaceful world. She has promoted her teaching philosophy in Dominican Republic, Uganda, Kenya, Cameroon and Nepal, where she has worked with educational leaders, presented workshops and conferences, consulted with hundreds of schools, and worked with thousands of young children.
