Newkirk Engineering, Inc. was founded by Harry Newkirk in 2013. As a two person firm, NEI provided land development engineering to private and local agencies. Since that time, NEI has grown to over 30 employees in four office locations with a fleet of company vehicles. Newkirk Engineering, Inc. offers land development, roadway, drainage, utilities, landscape architecture, construction engineering inspection and transportation engineering services.
