Dr. Sharon Brown

Dr. Sharon Brown has earned two doctorate degrees-Psychology and Criminal Justice. She maintains her active clinical counselor license in four states (GA, FL, AL, TX). She has over 15 years of experience working in mental health facilities, during which she managed her own private practice employing six other therapists, has served as clinical director in several larger facilities, and has met the requirements as a Qualified Clinical Supervisor in the State of Florida. Dr. Sirmons' focus is on treating traumatic experiences that interfere with people's ability to successfully interact in society.

Eileen Lundy

Job Titles:
  • RMHC - Secretary
Mrs. Lundy is a Registered Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, earning her Master's degree in Mental Health and her undergrad degree in Psychology Military Resilience. She has served on multiple non-profit boards, to include Deep Adventures Ministries and the National Kidney Foundation. Mrs. Lundy currently provides discharge planning at Honey Lake Clinic and has begun her own counseling private practice.

Fred Earls

Job Titles:
  • Director of Communication
Dr. Earls leads the communication and public relations strategies for New Foundations. He holds a MA in corporate communication, and an EdD in education leadership. He is a college educator of communication, and along wtih his wife, Danita, is active in the Valdosta, Georgia, community.

Jacob Conger - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice - President
Mr. Conger currently serves on the Board of Directors as a vested member with a desire to learn the functions of the non-profit in order to carry-on the vision of helping to assist those in need. Mr. Conger worked two years at Honey Lake Clinic, advancing up to the Building and Grounds manager. He uses his talents and abilities to teach others with everyday life skills.

Karen Friedman

Karen Friedman, MSW is an administrative social worker who specializes in program development, systems creation, licensure, accreditation, and compliance. With over 30 years' experience in the Human Services field ranging from direct care to administration, Karen's overarching desire has been to create systems that yield usable solutions. This passion has resulted in a career geared towards learning and accrual of a diverse skill set, including Behavior analysis, website development, animation, American Red Cross Instructor trainer, policy development, and the creation of an online learning management system. She has a passion for continuous quality improvement and compliance activities that maintain a safe and effective organization.
