My style is warm, compassionate and reflective. I believe that listening well and developing a trusting relationship with my clients is a large part of the success in therapy. I collaborate with my clients to provide a safe and supportive space. Therapy can help you to obtain a different perspective in the way that a kaleidoscope can bring forth a variety of vantage points. My role is to accompany my clients on their journey through asking relevant questions, providing encouragement, and challenging perspectives that may move them away from their goals. This may include teaching coping skills, and identifying specific goals, as the client needs... I am a psychotherapist licensed in the State of California (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #84417). I use different approaches to therapy tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client with a focus on relationships with others and with self.
