At No88 we strive to use the best local seasonal produce to give you the best meal we can. We are in close contact with our suppliers all year round to make sure we only serve the best they have to offer. We would rather change our menu than use produce that is not up to the top standard. Shetland is famed for it sea food and meats and we intend to show them off to their best... We think that Shetland has some of the best & freshest produce. The idea that we could have a restaurant that made the most of this produce was what really inspired us. We actively search for the best local produce that we can use to make the best meals possible. As a team we have varying backgrounds and experience of food, we all love to be creative and are driven to make the best dishes we can.
