Generations ago, a Poulsbo family lived in a prime location in the small town of Poulsbo, Washington. Their granddaughter saw great potential for her dream of owning a business and preserving an old tradition of her Nordic heritage with this land. With the blessing of her family and the Lord, her dream of owning a business became a reality, and the Nordic tradition of coffee time, Fika* (coined by the Swedish), was preserved. Nordic Coffee, a drive-thru coffee stand off of highway 305 in Poulsbo, was opened in 2016. Thanks to wonderful customers, great coffee, and a dream, it is a thriving business today.
