Andrew has worked across the Search and Technology industry for the last 20 years. Starting his career in IT Consulting, he focused on BI technologies before transitioning into Sales, Business Development and finally into Human Resources. Andrew has worked extensively across Enterprise Software & Services, Consulting & Data Center sectors. He has also been responsible for managing and delivering a number of ‘strategic & critical hires' for technology companies entering the APJ market.
In his last role, Andrew was the global Head of Talent Acquisition at SS&C Blue Prism which involved taking Blue Prism into a number of new markets during a period of hyper growth & transformation. Prior to Blue Prism, Andrew was responsible for leading Executive Hiring Internationally at Workday. Andrew has lived & worked in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong & Japan, and currently divides his time between Sydney & Singapore.
Naveen started KFC Ventures as a medium to invest globally in early and growth-stage startups, including 1-finity. He founded the Nityo Group of companies and has over two decades of experience in leading technology. His dynamic leadership style has made Nityo one of the fastest-growing Management Consulting and Technology Services companies globally.
Before founding Nityo, Naveen held VP positions in Ness Technologies and Apar Infotech, gaining vital experience leading large businesses. He has an acute sense of identifying opportunities and an ability to nurture them into successful client-centric businesses. Naveen lives in Singapore and has a degree in Computer Science.

Tülay is a Senior Associate and comes with nearly a decade of experience in Sales, Marketing and Recruitment working with leading global clients across Europe and Asia. She worked in Sales within the security industry before entering Recruitment as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Thereafter she went on to lead talent acquisition teams at multinational corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
Tülay is focused on specialists, individual contributors to senior manager, director placements within the Tech industry across ASEAN. Before 1-finity, Tülay worked as Senior Recruitment Consultant covering Northern Europe and led a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists at Adecco Group. Tülay is a double graduate from Bilkent University and Stockholm University, possessing a BA in International Relations and BA in Multimedia - Pedagogy. She is also certified in Hogan Assessment Systems and Assessio (personality inventory tests).

Yujin Evered has been working in the technology industry for the last 25 years focusing on leading and growing businesses across Asia Pacific and Japan. She worked primarily with software companies such as Oracle, Software AG, Teradata, and Unit4. She also worked with HP and Dell in hardware, network and security solutions with HP and Dell.
Yujin has held Asia Pacific roles, led sales teams, and held full P&L responsibility across LOBs, including development and services. Entering new markets and building high performance teams of diverse backgrounds is Yujin's passion. Her strengths lie in identifying diverse talents that deliver results for the businesses and being part of teams that perform well together.
Zubin is the CEO of 1-finity and likes to call himself as the Chief Enablement Officer for colleagues, clients and candidates alike. As a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, Zubin has worked with some of the biggest and best names in Tech. In a recruiting career of over 25 years, he has led or partnered in over 800 searches conducting over 8000 interviews in the process.
Zubin has led talent acquisition in JAPAC for Technology giants such as Amazon Web Services, Citrix Systems and EMC (now DellEMC). In his last corporate assignment he led Executive Leadership Hiring for Oracle across the JAPAC region. Zubin founded the Talent Management Group in 2005 and 1-finity is version 2.0 of his long-held dream of building a strategic consulting business.
