In Nish-Chintha, we are setting up a National Centre for Assisted Living and Skill development (NACALS) for the individuals with special needs. Such a facility is not available anywhere in India. Simultaneously it is planned to settle about 100 families, through individual houses and flats. Assisted community living concept is envisaged wherein the parents and their children shall live together and support each other for their mutual benefits. The children will be trained to manage their own day to day needs and also in various fields so that they can live independently in future with dignity... "Nish-Chintha" means "worry-free".
