Christine joined Cooper Levenson in 1984 and was promoted in 1992 as head of Cooper Levenson's Information Services Department. Christine Burroughs oversees the evaluation, purchase and implementation of all computer and communications systems and related resources for all offices of the firm nationwide.
She coordinates the internal training programs of the department, as well as technical support for all employees on a 24-hour/7-day basis. She is responsible for continued recommendations to the firm's Executive Committee as to streamlining internal processes, efficiently utilizing resources, disaster recovery and setting firm policy.
Erika-Leigh Kelley is a Partner in the firm. Erika practices in the Commercial Litigation Group of Cooper Levenson on a wide array of matters including business, real property and franchise disputes. The special emphasis of Erika's practice is on probate matters, including trust administration disputes, guardianship work and will contests.
Recognized by her peers as an outstanding attorney, Erika was named as to the New Jersey Super Lawyer* list as a Rising Star in 2014. Erika has been the presenter at CLE seminars covering Guardianship Law as well as contested probate matters.
Kasi Marie Gifford is based in the firm's Atlantic City office and is a member of the firm's Education Law practice group. Kasi works with numerous New Jersey school clients. In this role, she guides school board members and school officials through all aspects of education law.
Based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office, Kimberly Maxson-Rushton is known as one of the premier administrative attorneys in Nevada. Active in the U.S. gaming industry, Kimberly is also the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Livery Operator's Association of Las Vegas and a leader in Nevada's marijuana industry. Casinos, gaming suppliers and businesses related to the gaming industry all depend on Kimberly's guidance in this rapidly changing field of law. She also has a long and distinguished career in the areas of commercial transportation, cannabis, and other state licensing and regulatory matters.
Kimberly began her career in the Clark County District Attorney's Office from 1993 to 1998 before moving to the Nevada Attorney General's Office where she served as Chief of the Las Vegas office and Counsel to the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission from 1998 to 2003. In 2003 Kimberly was appointed by former Nevada Governor to serve as a Commission and later Chairman of the Nevada Transportation Services Authority from 2003 to 2007. Kimberly was selected for inclusion among The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Administrative/Regulatory Law in Nevada each year from 2013-2019, and in the area of Gaming Law in Nevada from 2016 - 2019. Kimberly was recognized by her alma mater, University of Nevada, Reno with the 2017 Alumni Professional Achievement Award.

Trevor R. Waldron is an associate in Cooper Levenson's Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Practice Groups, where he assists clients in all phases of complex civil litigation and bankruptcy matters. He is based in the firm's Cherry Hill office.
EXPERIENCE
Trevor began his career at Cooper Levenson as a summer associate during 2020-2021. Prior to re-joining the firm, Trevor served in a temporary capacity as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has past experience working in the government affairs practice of a large Philadelphia law firm and as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he worked in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions.
Prior to law school, Trevor served as the District Field Director for the U.S. Congressional Campaign of Charles W. Dent from Pennsylvania's 15th Congressional District. He also served as the Executive Director of a large political party in Pennsylvania.
William J. Kohler is of-counsel to the firm's Defense Litigation practice group. He started his law career with Cooper Levenson in 1987. His areas of practice include: subrogation litigation, construction defect, product liability, motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and liquor liability actions. Bill also handles insurance coverage disputes.
